LOL...the rating of movies are more for legal purposes...and if you think they are useful, then you must be an alien from another planet.
It's ALL up to the parents to be honest...and sad to say: these days there are just TOO MANY corrupted parents.
Many people can't even add right using simple numbers from 1-10....and you ask them to understand the rating system?! This world is going downhill bigtime!
